Return & Refund Policy

At Happybrink LLP, customer satisfaction and product safety are very important to us. Due to the nature of our wellness products, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Non-Returnable Products

As our products include oils, syrups, and consumable wellness formulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligible Return Cases

Returns or replacements may only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product leakage or packaging damage upon delivery

  • Missing items in the order

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the package and product

  • Description of the issue

Return Approval

Once our team reviews and verifies the issue, we may offer:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Refund (in eligible cases only)

The decision of Happybrink LLP regarding refunds or replacements shall be final.

Refund Process

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
